Craig grew up in the Wineberry subdivision. After building Northern Illinois Handyman into the region's premier construction company — 500+ projects, A+ BBB rating, licensed general contractor — the opportunity came to develop townhomes on the same streets where he rode his bike as a kid.

His father Jared, a U.S. Navy veteran with an MBA from Northern Illinois University and decades of entrepreneurial experience, is the strategic and financial half of this partnership. Together they own 11 shovel-ready lots and are now entering pre-construction on the first 7 rental units.
